The nose is aromatic and offers a fine concentration and a fine gourmandise. It reveals notes of flowers, cassis and fine hints of strawberry, blackberry combined with fine hints of cardamom, spices, wood and a very discreet hint of tea (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, slightly juicy and offers a fine acid frame, a good structure, straightness, a good definition, a good gourmandise as well as an elegant and silky matter. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy cassis and juicy wild berries combined with slight touches of raspberry, strawberry, chocolate, caramelized oak, cardamom and a touch of vanilla. Tannins are a bit firm and straight. Good length and beautiful persistence.
