Château Bernadotte 2021 – Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois Supérieur

Château Bernadotte 2021 – Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois Supérieur

The nose is flowery and reveals fruit, some pulpiness, a fine intensity, good definition and a fine stretch. There are notes of flowers (iris, rose) and, more slightly, fresh blackcurrant, combined with hints of fresh/crisp red fruit and fine spices. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, balanced and reveals a tangy structure, a fine crunchiness/floweriness and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, crunchy red berries and more lightly fresh flowers combined with hints of crunchy blackberry as well as fine rose, racy minerality and a discreet touch of nutmeg. The tannins are finely tight and very finely sticky. Delicate, fresh sensation.
