On the nose, aromatic and offers delicate freshness and fine structure. It reveals notes of blackberry, raspberry and subtle notes of terra cotta associated with touches of violet, pulpy/fresh red berries and a discreet touch of pepper. On the palate, fruity and offers juiciness, smoothness, a little fatness, a level of minerality, tension, roundness as well as a contained/discreetly tight richness, a gentle tension and energy. The wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, raspberry and more lightly fleshy strawberry notes combined with hints of violet, lilac, dark chocolate, hazelnut, terra cotta and discreet wasps of saffron. The tannins are precise and creamy. Good length.
