The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, with a fresh frame, acidity, suppleness, harmony as well as an airy side. It reveals notes of bright cassis, bright blackberry and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of redcurrant, as well as almost herbaceous hints, tobacco and a hint of star anise. A light touch of toasted almond.
