The nose is elegant, aromatic, full-bodied, powerful and racy, with a lovely intense, fresh and airy grain. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet small notes of pulpy cassis, associated with touches of brilliant raspberry, pulpy/fresh gariguette strawberry, as well as fine hints of lilac, red pepper and a hint of delicate spices and tobacco. The palate is well-built, supple, mineral and precise, with gourmandise, precision, tension, elegance and straightness. It expresses notes of pulpy cassis, small wild/dense red berries, and small notes of cornflower, associated with touches of wild/crisp red cherry, as well as touches of infusion, black tea, a hint of graphene and a discreet hint, almost mentholated in the background. Tannins are elegant, racy, precise and structuring. A wine with darkness, even a certain austerity, but elegant.
