The nose is fine and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of undergrowth and a touch of truffle associated with slight notes of blackberry, cherry, discreet hints of fresh red fruits as well as hints of mocha, wood and (very) discreet hints of pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, suave, supple and offers fat as well as an acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy raspberry, blackberry and slight notes of cassis combined with discreet touches of toasted wood, chocolate as well as a discreet hint of zan and a hint of cardamon. Tannins are fine and (very) slightly dry. Good length and persistence.
