The nose is racy, elegant, aromatic, deep and offers power and airiness at the same time. It reveals notes of black pepper, camphor and small notes of lily associated with touches of star anise, lilac as well as hints of tonka bean and a hint of roasted-juicy cherry. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, elegant, nicely conducted, balanced and offers a tangy frame, concentration in accuracy, depth of limestone and complexity of the Mediterranean barrier, a hint of pepper, salinity, sweet blond tobacco, toast, cardamom. Good length, nicely racy and finesse. Nicely fresh, melodious, everything in place.
