The palate is fruity, balanced, racy and offers freshness, racy minerality, nice fat, texture, delicacy as well as a little pulpy side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, bright / pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly blueberry associated with touches of cornflowers, licorice, cardamom, toasted hazelnut as well as a hint of graphite (in the background) and a subtle hint of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are precise, mellow, racy and elegant. Sapidity and a discreet hint of good bitterness on the finish / persistence.
