The nose is relatively “aerial” and fine. It reveals notes of undergrowth and ripe fruit combined with hints of coffee and slight notes of chocolate. The palate is fruity, balanced, suave and offers a small smoothness. In the mouth it expresses notes of blackberry, plum and black cherry combined with some notes of dark chocolate and slight notes of truffle and cassis on the finish. The tannins are well done, fine but a slightly dry. The finish is fruity and good length.
