The nose is fresh, aromatic and offers intensity, a beautiful fine grain, concentration as well as power and a fine austere side. It reveals notes of ripe wild cassis, small wild black fruitsand small notes of grey pepper associated with small touches of lily, wild strawberry, violet as well as fine hints of spices, cherry blossom, liquorice and a very discreet hint of tea. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, a small freshness as well as a fine density, suavity and a fine grain. It reveals notes of bright cherry, crushed blackberry and small notes of juicy/pulpy strawberry associated with touches of violet, lily as well as hints of zan, fresh mild tobacco, vanilla, a very discreet hint of camphor and cocoa. Tannins are well-built. A subtle hint of roasted and vanilla on the persistence.
