The nose is elegant, delicate, deep, racy, and beautifully harmonious, with a lovely infusion side in finesse and a little elegant darkness. We find notes of wild blackberry, small bright black berries and, more discreetly, cornflower, associated with touches of graphene, cocoa, fresh lilac, as well as a subtle almost Mediterranean/local grove hint and a discreet note of fresh cubebe pepper in the background. The palate is beautifully conducted, delicate, airy, supple, fresh and mineral, with a lot of accuracy and delicacy. A fine compactness, currently, but… Notes of creamy blueberry, bright blackcurrant and, more lightly, roasted-juicy cherry, associated with touches of small bright blue fruits and, up to notes of chocolate, toast and nutmeg. Good length. Superb freshness and delicacy, all in voluptuousness and harmony. The texture is fresh, with an airy, chalky, racy grain, and fine notes of smoke in the background. Tannins are elegant, racy and almost finely chalky.
