On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy cassis, juicy/ ripe bigarreau cherry and small notes of ripe associated with touches of small roasted blue fruits and hints of cornflower, licorice stick and discreet touches of limestone rock and subtle hints of cardamom.
