The nose is elegant, fresh, racy, precise and offers a beautiful precision and fat. It reveals notes of ripe/fresh blackberry, small ripe/juicy black fruits and small notes of pulpy raspberry associated with touches of star anise, a hint of juicy/fresh small blue fruits as well as hints of nutmeg and toast. The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a beautiful definition, gourmandise, precision, purity with a beautiful definition of the fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy cassis, juicy/ ripe bigarreau cherry and small notes of ripe associated with touches of small roasted blue fruits and hints of cornflower, licorice stick and discreet touches of limestone rock and subtle hints of cardamom. A beautiful work on the good bitterness on the finish with a discreet touch of good bitterness of cocoa. Pretty freshness, delicacy, suppleness with a discreet aerial side.
