The nose is elegant, beautifully racy and offers power, a beautiful fine grain as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of cassis, ripe and small notes of crunchy wild raspberry associated with a fine touch of green pepper, fresh flowers (cornflower…), a hint of crunchy/fresh violet plum as well as discreet hints of nutmeg and spices. The palate is fruity, juicy, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, precision, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, a fine/racy grain as well as a beautiful minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed/fresh cassis, fresh violet and small notes fleshy Gariguette strawberry associated with fine touches of caramelization, toasted, cardamom and discreet hints of vanilla. Tannins are elegant, precise and offers suppleness.
