The palate is fresh, mineral, balanced and offers good definition, juiciness, freshness, a fine crispness, a certain straightness, fine tension, elegance and a nice acidic frame. On the palate this wine expresses juicy/pulpy blackberry, crisp raspberry and slightly juicy/fresh cherry notes combined with hints of vanilla, violet as well as fine notes of racy minerality, a subtle hint of iodine and discreet hints of sweet spices.
