The nose is fruity, with a certain concentration, a little power, and a nice precise, fine and powerful grain. There are notes of wild blackberry, cubeb pepper, as well as a gritty minerality, associated with touches of smoke, wild strawberry and hints of spice. The palate is fruity, fresh, with juiciness, suppleness, lovely definition, brightness and a beautiful racy and enveloping minerality. We perceive notes of pulpy and bright cherry, currants and small blue fruits associated with touches of fresh blond tobacco, smoke, and a hint of nutmeg and graphene. Good length. Tannins are mellow and racy. Freshness, suppleness and gourmandise, with a lovely sappy/flower pistil texture in the background.
