It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, wild cassis and small notes of wild strawberry associated with small wild fleshy fruits, very fine hints of gray pepper, flowers (cornflower, violet), incense as well as very discreet hints of spices and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, a very beautiful precision as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild fleshy cassis and small notes of blackberry associated with very fine hints of wild fleshy strawberry as well as discreet hints of small berries, gray pepper/black berries, flowers and very discreet hints of cocoa/grilled wood. A subtle hint of crushed almond and a very discreet chew on the finish. Tannins are precise.
