The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a very fine concentration. It reveals notes of cassis, cherry and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of spices, badiane and toasted/vanilla. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/Acidulous frame, a good definition, gourmandize as well as minerality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy wild blackberry, juicy raspberry and small notes of cassis associated with small touches of fine tonka bean, liquorice, small red berries as well as a subtle hint of fresh leather/spices. Good length. A very fine bitterness on the persistence/aftertaste.
