The nose is gourmand and aromatic. It reveals notes of caramelization, toasted and a hint of vanilla associated with discreet hints of violet, blackberry and crushed wild strawberry. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight juiciness, a slight gourmandise and fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry and blueberry associated with a hint of cherry, fleshy red fruits as well as slight hints of Bourbon vanilla, toasted/caramelized and a very discreet hint of chocolate. Tannins are well-built. There is a very discreet hint of caramelization/dry fruits on the finish. Good length.
