On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, acidulous cassis, small notes of raspberry acidulous candy associated with a touch of cherry, cherry blossom, cornflower as well as discreet hints of liquorice and cardamom. Good length. Tannins are well-built. A discreet hint of mocha on the persistence.
