(100% Sauvignon Blanc) The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is aromatic and fresh, with expressive notes of tangy citrus fruits. We first sense the aromas of lemon zest, lime, a bitter touch of grapefruit, as well as a gourmet exotic hint (fresh pineapple, passion fruit) and floral notes (acacia, linden), associated with a light toasted, spicy touch (nutmeg, vanilla in the background), as well as with a hint of brioche and honey. The attack on the palate is fresh, chiselled, very slightly herbaceous. In the mid-palate, we find roundness and an oily texture. The flavors are gourmand, more on stone fruits (white peach, apricot), with refreshing citrus notes (lemon juice, lemon zest, grapefruit), an exotic touch of fresh pineapple, a gourmet note of brioche and an enveloped spicy and woody hint (vanilla, toasted hazelnut, nutmeg). The finish is lively, tangy and gormand, with a touch of fresh wood and white flowers (acacia, lime). Beautiful persistence of acidity and a delicate bitterness of lime.
