The nose offers a small (and well-mastered) power and offers a very slightly tight grain. It reveals notes of pulpy wild cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of lily / cornflowers associated with touches of crushed red berries as well as very slight hints of racy minerality and a subtle hint of fresh blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, fine suavity as well as a small pulpy side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, pulpy blackberry and small notes of small crushed red berries associated with a fine touch of lily, violet as well as a hint of plum and very fine hints of mocha / caramelization. Tannins are well-built and very discreetly firm. Good length and persistence.
