On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy cassis, small crunchy/juicy red berries, small notes of juicy raspberry associated with touches of violet, cassis leaf as well as fine hints of racy minerality and a discreet hint of spices. A discreet hint of mocha and toasted on the finish/persistence. Tannins are well-built.
