The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and full. It reveals notes of blackberry jam and Quetsche plum associated with a discreet hint of strawberry, blueberry, chocolate, tobacco, a toasted hint and a discreet hint of violet. The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant, a bit aerial and offers minerality, tension, a beautiful definition, precision, a beautiful finesse of the grain, an acid frame as well as a beautiful, silky and slightly unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, cassis, Quetsche plum and slight notes of zan associated with a discreet hint of chocolate, toasted oak and sweet spices. Tannins are fine, elegant and quite velvety (for an EnPrimeur wine). Good length and persistence with notes of toasted oak, sweet spices and a discreet hint of almond. A very elegant and beautifully gourmand wine !
