The wine is limpid and bright with a slight lemony tinge. The nose is fresh with minerality. There are notes of hops, crisp yellow apple and roasted yellow peach. It’s simple and effective with hints of verbena and flowers like the acacia flower. The palate is fresh with juiciness and a tangy frame. There is roundness and indulgence with notes of juicy yellow apple, crunchy white berries and green grapes. The finish has a fine saline note.
