It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and small notes of gray pepper associated with slight touches of black pepper, liquorice as well as subtle hints of spices and an imperceptible hint of clove. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a good definition, juiciness, freshness, roundness, fat as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy blackberries, juicy/fresh raspberry and small notes of juicy / fresh cassis associated with small touches of cornflowers as well as very slight hints of vanilla and hazelnut. Tannins are fine, precise and a bit firm. Good length. Presence of a very discreet hint of cocoa and vanilla on the finish / persistence.
