The palate is fruity and offers freshness, smoothness, tension, precision, roundness, a certain gourmandise, a little creaminess, an airy side in its richness, precision and a nice tanginess. It expresses notes of creamy blackberry, pulpy/tart wild strawberry and more slightly – pulpy/tart redcurrants, associated with touches of tangy blackcurrant as well as hints of violet, lilac as well as sappy hints and a touch of licorice. The tannins are supple and sapid.
