The nose is elegant, fruity, gourmand and offers a fine grain and complexity. It reveals notes of strawberry, ripe cherry and small notes of fleshy/juicy Boysen berry associated with fine touches of flowers, red berries as well as very fine hints of blueberry, liquorice, cardamom as well as touches of sweet spices and toasted. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, gourmandize, precision as well as tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of small red berries, crunchy cherry associated with fine hints of flowers, racy gravels/racy minerality as well as a subtle hint of Cuben pepper and nutmeg. A very discreet hint of dark chocolate/vanilla on the persistence.
