The nose is fruity and offers a certain elegance as well as a fine richness. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, crushed/fleshy plum, small notes of strawberry associated with touches of lily, vanilla, fine hints of zan and a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, juiciness, tension as well as beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis, small notes of violet associated with touches of fleshy/juicy plum as well as hints of liquorice stick, vanilla flowers, toasted and a very discreet hint of mild tobacco (in the background). A beautiful wine on the fruit and aromatic purity.
