Château Anguilleys 2023 – Médoc

The nose is aromatic, with a woody dominant. It first expresses notes of toasted wood, fresh wood, toasted hazelnut, as well as fruity aromas (morello cherry, crushed raspberry, blackberry, black plum, blackcurrant), spicy hints (liquorice, even star anise, nutmeg, vanilla), caramel and peony. The palate is enveloping, with a supple attack and the same woody notes (toasted wood, fresh wood).
