It reveals notes of wild blackberry, ripe strawberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of small black fruits, saffron, spices and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, a good definition, a juicy/acidulous frame, tension, a beautiful minerality as well as suavity and a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, bright blackberryand small notes of violet associated with touches of pulpy strawberry, bright cherry as well as hints of lily, saffron, nutmeg, discreet hints of liquorice, a hint of fresh mild tobacco and an imperceptible hint of fresh hazelnut (in the background). Good length. Tannins are very discreetly firm and offer a fine straightness.
