The palate is fruity, juicy, mineral, well-balanced and offers a beautiful mineral frame, a slight acidity, a nice tension, an aerial side, finesse as well as harmony. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh/ripe blackberry and slight notes of fresh/ripe cassis associated with hints of raspberry, toasted oak, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of licorice. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length and persistence. There is a very discreet hint of grilled oak on the persistence.
