The nose offers a beautiful freshness, a chiseled side and energy. The fruits on the nose are tangy, juicy and fresh: we find in particular the aromas of bigarreau cherry, crushed raspberry, crunchy strawberry, crushed blueberry and wild blackberry, associated with spicy notes of liquorice (almost star anise), cardamom, clove and gray pepper (which appears after aeration). There is also a touch of dried cherry, dried mint, hazelnut, toasted and fresh rose in the background. On the palate, the wine is juicy, enveloping and fresh, with a vertical tannic structure, grippy but fine tannis. We find the gourmet flavors of chocolate red cherry, black plum, morello cherry, crunchy strawberry, crushed blueberry and raspberry, associated with a woody side (toasted hazelnut, heated wood, chocolate) slightly more perceptible in the mouth, herbal and floral notes (dried mint, rose, peony, dried pine needles), as well as a spicy side wrapped (licorice, cumin, gray pepper). The finish expresses a lively and fresh acidity, as well as a good bitterness and the delicacy of dark chocolate. Boone length, a well-built structure and a good concentration of fruit.
