The nose is racy, well-built and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of wild cassis, small wild fruits, small notes of violet associated with very fine touches of racy minerality, fleshy wild strawberry as well as discreet hints of pepper, spices, iris and fresh tobacco. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition as well as an acidulous frame, a beautiful juicy/ripe fruit, tension and a racy minerality/terroir. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/pulpy blackberry, juicy cassis, small notes of crushed raspberry associated with a touch of crushed strawberry, a racy minerality as well as hints of toasted oak, grilled, cocoa and vanilla. Good length. Tannins are precise and well-built.
