The nose is elegant, racy and offers a beautiful aromatic range, richness (but all in elegance), finesse, power as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of cassis, ripe cherry and more slightly wild red berries associated with small touches of flowers (violet, cornflower, lilac), discreet hints of gray pepper/Cuben pepper, spices as well as a discreet/imperceptible hint of saffron. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, fine and offers a beautiful definition/finesse, a fine acidulous frame, suavity, gourmandize, tension as well as a very beauytiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and more slightly cherry, raspberry associated with fine touches of juicy/ripe blueberry as well as discreet hints of chocolate, toasted and an imperceptible hint of Bourbon vanilla. Tannins are fine and elegant. The finish is very finely powerful. A beautiful persistence! A beautiful success!
