The nose is fruity, juicy, well-balanced and offers a fine power as well as crunchiness. It reveals notes of blackberry and Cuben pepper combined with small notes of crunchy wild strawberry, crunchy cassis as well as hints of gray pepper, very discreet hints of spice and an imperceptible hint of graphite / flowers. The palate is fruity, precise, well conducted and offers suavity, a good structure, juiciness, a fine acidulous frame, a good definition, a fine freshness as well as minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy boysenberry and juicy cassis combined with small notes of fleshy / crunchy red fruits (raspberry, red berries) as well as touches of chocolate, toasted chocolat / sweet spices and vanilla. Tannins are fine, a bit firm and structuring. There is a hint of mocha / tonka bean on the persistence.
