The nose is fruity and offers intensity, freshness as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of cassis, raspberry and small notes of black cherry associated with fine touches of violet, Cuben pepper as well as discreet hints of spices (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a finely acidulous frame, minerality as well as juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy strawberry associated with a hint of cardamom as well as a discreet hint of toasted (in the background). Tannins are very finely firm. There is an imperceptible hint of crushed almond on the persistence.
