Chase Distillery – Elegant 48 – Gin

The nose is fruity, gourmand and elegant. It reveals fine notes of apple and green lemon/citrus associated with small notes of flowers (white flowers, lemon blossom) as well as subtle hints of exotic fruits. The palate is fruity, gourmand, incisive, elegant, fine, suave and offers a slight acid frame as well as a slight unctuosity. In the mouth this Gin expresses notes of green lemon, green apple and flowers associated with a subtle hint of orange zests, discreet hints of white flowers as well as an imperceptible hint of melon in the backrgound. Good length and beautiful persistence.
