The palate is fruity, gourmand and offers minerality, freshness and a beautiful acid / citrus zest frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon zest clementine zest and ripe peach associated with a hint of pear and pineapple. Good length and persistence. There are slight notes almond (in background) and slight toasted notes on the finish.
