The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose offers a certain density of fruits (in the notes of strawberry and morello cherry), a tangy frame of red fruits (red cherry, raspberry), as well as a delicate floral perfume (violet, cornflower). After aeration, we find notes of sweet spices (liquorice, nutmeg, white pepper), a limestone mineral root, as well as a very light hint of toast. The palate is chiseled and straight, with a good bitterness and lively acidity. It expresses notes of cranberries, sour red cherry, raspberry and morello cherry, associated with notes of liquorice, nutmeg, white pepper, as well as a touch of toast and cornflower. Tannins are finely tight. The finish is juicy, moderately persistent, with a good bitterness of wild small cherry.
