The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is airy, tangy and purely fruity: it expresses notes of red cherry, strawberry, raspberry and crushed blueberry, associated after aeration with a peppery, toasted and floral touch (violet). The palate is juicy and expresses notes of tangy fruits on the attack (red cherry, cranberries, raspberry), associated with a hint of black pepper, toast and violet. Tannins are very fine, barely perceptible, but give the wine a perceptible tannic structure. The finish is sapid, with a salivating acidity and a good bitterness of cranberries.
