The nose is fruity, fine and concentrated. It reveals notes of blackberry, cassis and touches of sour cherry associated with notes of spice, fine touches of roasted herbs as well as a discreet touch of flowers (cornflower, rose) and a fine hint of strawberry jelly. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, fluid, harmonious and offers freshness, finesse, fat, a good structure as well as a nice, a bit unctuous and fleshy matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and black cherry jelly associated with touches of sour cherry, strawberry, licorice, zan as well as small notes of spice and a discreet hint of menthol / rosemary. Tannins are fine and supple. Good length and persistence.
