(ORGANIC. 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc) The nose is fruity, frank, racy and offers a certain concentration, airy creaminess and lovely depth, as well as a powerful, velvety, fine grain. There are notes of creamy cassis, dense boysenberry and small notes of violet, associated with touches of small black berries, hints of roasted-elegant red berries, as well as fine hints of tonka bean, licorice stick, a hint of bergamot, juniper berries and spices. The palate is well-built, fresh, juicy and offers energy, tension, precision and a lovely crunchy/juicy side to the fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy boysenberry, juicy/fresh cassis and small notes of juicy violet plum, combined with touches of bright cherry, as well as hints of lily, small juicy/fresh red fruits, tonka bean, graphene and spices. Fine aromatic darkness/austerity/depth in elegance. A subtle hint of fairly ripe fruit on the retro.
