Lovely fruity nose, elegant, captivating, delicate and which offers power in accuracy as well as precision. It reveals notes of boysenberry, small pulpy/shiny red berries and small notes of blueberry associated with touches of small roasted-juicy red fruits, fine hints of star anise, graphite/graphene as well as discreet hints of green pepper, flowers, eucalyptus with a delicate hint of bergamot and morello cherry. The palate is beautifully suave, fresh, elegant, gourmet, nicely textured and offers finesse, power in accuracy, a certain brilliance of the fruit, a tangy frame as well as an airiness in its fleshiness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright boysenberry, bright cassis and small notes of fresh lily associated with touches of fresh blue berries as well as hints of juicy roasted red berries as well as hints of bergamot, camphor, sweet spices and an almost sappy hint. Fine hints of toast and almond. Lovely salinity on the finish. The tannins are chalky and gourmand.
