The nose is elegant, airy, spicy, gourmand and nicely stretched. We find notes of pulpy blackcurrant, small bright blue fruits and, small notes, bright strawberry, associated with touches of tobacco, cardamom, as well as a discreet hint of pepper and lilac. The palate is nicely structured, supple, fresh, airy, elegant and juicy. It expresses notes of pulpy blackcurrant, small bright blue fruits, and more discreetly cherry. These aromas are associated with touches of tobacco, star anise and spices of nutmeg and hazelnut. Tannins are mellow, gourmand and sapid. We find a nice little chew in the background. The texture is delicate, pulpy and airy, with a beautiful depth centered on the fruit and a light touch of vanilla in the background.
