(60% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier) The nose is fruity and relatively incisive. It reveals notes of lemon zest, golden apple and discreet notes of tangerine zest associated with slight notes of physalis / almond, flowers and biscuit. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a well made effervescence. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of citrus, pineapple and yellow brugnon associated with slight notes of physalis, quince and beeswax. Good length. There are notes of mandarin on the persistence.
