The nose is fruity and offers a fine creaminess and elegance. It reveals notes of crunchy peach, apple and small notes of lemon associated with very fine touches of mandarine flowers, a hint of pineapple, brioche as well as an imperceptible hint of almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, fat, roundness and a beautiful definition. The effervescence is fine and slightly unctuous. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of crunchy nectarine, Williams pear and small notes of lemon associated with very fine touches of pineapple, flowers, brioche and an imperceptible hint of meringue. Good length.
