The Champagne has a beautiful clear color with a golden color and dynamic bubbles. The nose is intense, aromatic and fresh with notes of cherry stone, stewed red plum and orange. We also perceive tropical hints of mango as well as lychee. With time, apple and pear appear with sweet spices. There is a creamy and yeasty side. The palate is fresh with honey. The intensity of this aroma is impressive with a very beautiful definition of a flowery yellow linden type honey. The mid-palate continues this floral and fruity momentum. The effervescence is discreet, fresh and round. We find exotic fruits like mango but also cooked apple, pulpy cherry in brandy and fresh pine sap. The finish ends with a hint of saffron and still in honey.
