The nose is lively, dynamic and gourmand. It reveals citrus notes associated with hints of fruit with good maturity (apricot, yellow plum …) as well as touches of fat, brioche / pâtisserie. The palate is well-built, well-structured and quite elegant. In the mouth it expresses notes of citrus peels, papaya and citrus associated with touches of apple granny, slight notes of pâtisserie (in the background) and a hint of vanilla on the finish. Good length.
