The nose is fine, elegant, dry and right / franc. It reveals notes of green apple skin, lemon and peach skin associated with notes of chalk, flowers, a fine hint of brioche and a discreet touch of linden-tree. The palate is fruity, elegant, racy, straight and offers a chalky minerality. The effervescence is very fine and elegant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, zest and green apple combined with slight notes of peach, mandarin zest and chalk. Good length.
