The nose is fruity and offers elegance, precision as well as a fine fleshiness. It reveals notes of fleshy vine peach, fleshy apple and small notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) associated with fine hints of flowers (elderberry…) as well as an imperceptible hint of fresh yuzu. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, roundness, fat, gourmandize, a fine freshness as well as a mineral frame. The effervescence is elegant, well-built, fine, dynamic and offers a fine straightness as well as a small creaminess. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of ripe lemon, fleshy green apple and small notes of fleshy vine peach associated with small hints of ripe mandarin, ripe exotic fruits as well as a discreet hint of toasted and elderberry flower. Good length. There is a hint of toasted on the persistence.
